The design of the 1113 was simple, functional, and rugged, which is a major reason for its enduring appeal.
Engine: The truck was powered by the legendary Mercedes-Benz OM-352 diesel engine. This 6-cylinder, in-line engine had a displacement of 5.675 cm³ and produced around 130 horsepower, which was considered powerful for its time. It was the first engine with direct injection in Brazil, which made it more fuel-efficient than its competitors.
Chassis: The “1113” in its name signifies an 11-ton gross vehicle weight and 130 horsepower. The truck came in different configurations, including the L-1113 (standard truck), LK-1113 (dump truck), and LS-1113 (tractor truck). There were also bus chassis versions, such as the OF-1113.
Cab: A standout feature of the 1113 was its “semi-forward” cab design, which was more comfortable than other trucks of the era. The cab was suspended on springs and shock absorbers, which provided a better ride for the driver on uneven roads.
Durability and Maintenance: The 1113 is known for its incredible durability. Its simple mechanical design made it easy and inexpensive to maintain and repair, a crucial factor in a developing economy. Spare parts were also widely available and affordable.

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods
In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods. You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
