There’s a decent sized family house as well as DIY supersized steel car port with repair triggers so you can work on your truck. There’s also sleep triggers and a gas station next door. There’s also a editable sign to show off your company!
This is a very small yard so please stick to normal sized trailers, I can not promise you will make it out with doubles or tripples.

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods
In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods.
