Changes:
– New particle textures for raindrops and water splashes
– Improved particles behaviour
– Improved sound insulation for truck cabin (Equalizer addon)
– Fixed missing textures in Snowflakes addon

– Add new texture and significantly increase the number of raindrops.
– Improved physical behaviour of particles, now their spawn will be more affected by truck position relative to rain inclination.
