1. Simply copy that winx64 folder to your winx64 folder and overwrite existing files.
Make sure to backup your winx64 folder if something goes wrong.
2. Make sure to set the brightnes of the game like in the picture and deactivate AA.
For best results additionally use any weather or graphic mod, too.

You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
