FONT OF RUSSIAN LICENSE PLATES SCS FOR RUSMAP V1.1 MOD

Updated Russian font for RusMap card;
Files of all cities of the South of Russia map are updated;
Updated files of cities in the Murmansk region ProMods maps.
Replaced the registration of numbers in Russian cities on the Rusmap map with default ones, as they are more realistic.
There is one caveat: since the scs replaced the registration of license plates with the exit of the Baltic, then the new font will not fit the already purchased trucks and trailers in Russia (on the territory of the Rusmap map) and the number will not be fully visible. We have to either overtake the truck in another garage and back, or sell it and buy a new one. If you want to leave the old numbers, you will have to slightly change the registration in the save, but this is not many people can.
