Added a new company in Fairbanks.
Fixed a few terrain issues and tidied up a couple of areas.
Enabled all trailers that are legal for the roads in Alaska.
This means a lot more jobs!

A new Cargo, broken-down trucks. You will pick up three at once on a trailer and take them to either Kenworth or Westernstar.
Fixed old Dalton Cargos that were broken and not showing.
